About Us: The Breast Cancer Support Fund (BCSF) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment. With 76% of our beneficiaries living on less than $25,000 per year, our mission is to help women in financial need focus on healing rather than the financial burden of their diagnosis.We are currently seeking a Volunteer PR Professional to help amplify our mission through media outreach, storytelling, and awareness campaigns. Please see below for the details.Under the general direction of the Division Head, the Communications and Engagement Coordinator supports the Division of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Ottawa and The Ottawa Hospital in promoting its excellence in clinical care, research, education, and community leadership. This position requires regular interaction with faculty members, staff, alumni, and external partners.
