The Bilingual Partner Development and Outreach Specialist- Northern Ontario will build and maintain trusting meaningful relationships with community partners to generate program applicants who are committed to taking steps toward a meaningful career via UWW/EXP’ programs. WHAT YOU WILL DO Partnership Development&nbsp; • Develop and maintain new and existing partnerships with community agencies, Canadareer development organizations, transitional living centres, shelters, drop-in centres, immigrant and health programs and centres and any other community service organizations whose clients can benefit from the services of Up With Women/ Exponenti’elles. • Seek out new relationships by creating appointments and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media tools, and other prospecting techniques. • Execute creative follow-up efforts that result in maintaining and establishing trusting meaningful relationships. • Develop, organize, and lead a partnership development plan that will create and maintain partnerships with community organizations that will mutually support the needs of the communities we serve. &nbsp;• Deliver informative and engaging presentations to community partners, and prospective clients virtually and/or in person and build ongoing relationships with community partner agencies and their staff. • Network and represent to improve the presence and reputation of UWW/EXP. • Assist the UWW/EXP teams in spreading brand awareness through organizing and participating in lead generation activity including program events, job fairs, community education efforts, and marketing campaigns, and others as required. • Plan, organize and help secure guest speakers for presentations. • Deliver key program activities, including client outreach and recruitment. • Monitor implementation of program processes and policies for the purposes of high-quality service delivery and continuous quality improvement • Maintain partner records in Salesforce, including creation of new partners and all required information, and entry of all communications, including presentations, phone calls, emails, etc. • Conduct regular data reviews, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data entered regarding key metrics&nbsp; • Run reports as needed regarding key performance indicators and outcomes. • Facilitate positive relations within the program team, with other departments within UWW/EXP, and with stakeholders at large. • Support the program teams in understanding the outcomes of partner development and outreach activities for the purpose of program planning. • Support the management team to effectively resolve issues and respond to sensitive inquiries and concerns from referral partners. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UWW/EXP’s suite of services and value proposition to engage new and existing participants to UWW/EXP coaching program. The Advisor will focus on business development, including partner identification, cultivation, solicitation, negotiation, and stewardship.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role will report to the&nbsp;People Manager,&nbsp;Church&nbsp;and Corporate Engagement, while receiving operational direction from the Senior Manager, Corporate Engagement.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Owns and manages&nbsp;regional&nbsp;portfolio of corporate prospects and partners in support of Corporate Engagement Strategy to meet annually&nbsp;established&nbsp;fiscal goals and key performance metrics. </li><li>Researches,&nbsp;identifies, qualifies, cultivates, stewards, and provides ongoing relationship management to corporate partners to generate new business and deepen existing partnerships. </li><li>Develops cultivation and solicitation strategies across diverse product offerings&nbsp;including cause marketing, corporate sponsorship, employee engagement, gifts-in-kind and strategic giving by understanding the corporation’s social impact&nbsp;and&nbsp;marketing interests and priorities, their resource capacity, their business, and marketplace context. </li><li>Continually improves, develops, and educates oneself and WVC staff and teams involved with corporate engagement&nbsp;and philanthropy&nbsp;to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and implement best practices in&nbsp;pipeline management,&nbsp;research,&nbsp;qualification,&nbsp;prospecting, cultivation, acquisition, fulfillment&nbsp;reporting,&nbsp;stewardship, due diligence, and risk management. </li><li>Consistently tracks donor activity and&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;donor records in&nbsp;CRM&nbsp;database. </li><li>Works closely and effectively with&nbsp;Philanthropy Enablement Services&nbsp;for related activations, presentations, proposals, impact reports, resource gathering trips and events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Solid understanding of corporate social responsibility, community investment, social impact, ESG and corporate philanthropy landscape and trends. </li><li>Highly relational and engaging, with&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;establish&nbsp;trust and confidence&nbsp;of&nbsp;prospects quickly and effectively. </li><li>Solid experience&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;moves&nbsp;management processes for partner development.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Superior&nbsp;communicator&nbsp;across written and verbal communication platforms, with a comfort to make oral presentations to small and large audiences. </li><li>Strategic&nbsp;thinker&nbsp;with developed ability to assess opportunities,&nbsp;connects&nbsp;ideas and people to develop strategic profitable engagements,&nbsp;assess&nbsp;risks, both situationally and&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;broader trends. </li><li>Ability to develop creative solutions to align&nbsp;partner’s&nbsp;interests,&nbsp;needs&nbsp;and goals with that of WVC to achieve mutual gains. </li><li>Highly&nbsp;adept at managing multiple projects, tracking&nbsp;progress, and&nbsp;providing clear reporting, and prioritizing among competing imperatives to work most effectively toward revenue goals.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Highly collaborative in a large organizational environment, with the ability to sensitively navigate within a diverse workplace and customer base.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a focus&nbsp;in&nbsp;fundraising, business, marketing, sales or other relevant field or equivalent experience.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in fundraising, cause marketing, corporate philanthropy business&nbsp;development&nbsp;and/or sales experience with a proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of raising gifts over $25,000. </li><li>Exceptional fundraiser or salesperson with experience managing complex customer relationships at all levels of an organization from C-Suite through to interns. </li><li>A go-getter, team&nbsp;player&nbsp;and relationship builder </li><li>Natural storyteller, comfortable with public presentations to large audiences </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across a diverse, matrix operating environment and customer base. </li><li>Superior&nbsp;communicator&nbsp;across written and verbal communication platforms.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Solid understanding of CRA charitable tax compliance.&nbsp; </li><li>Adept and strategic with CRM systems,&nbsp;data&nbsp;and analytics.&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>CFRE or pursuit of CFRE an asset </li><li>Experience working with an international development, or humanitarian organization or large charity&nbsp;an asset&nbsp;</li></ul>Why Consider Us?
