Volunteer Committee Members - Students, Youth, & Community Leaders
About the Foundation
The Harvey Foundation for Justice & Opportunity is a federally incorporated Canadian not-for-profit organization dedicated to expanding educational access and opportunities for individuals and families impacted by crime and the criminal justice system.
We are building a community of individuals who believe that education should remain accessible regardless of a person's experiences with crime, adversity, or the justice system.
Opportunity Overview
We are currently welcoming applications from individuals interested in serving on our volunteer committees.
We strongly encourage applications from current college and university students, youth aged 18 and older, recent graduates, and emerging professionals.
We believe young people and students should have meaningful opportunities to contribute to decisions affecting educational accessibility, financial assistance, and community programs.
Committee membership provides an opportunity to gain nonprofit governance experience, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and develop professional and leadership skills.
