Event Host Volunteer
Join our team for Heading Towards Hope: Portrait Headshots in Support of SickKids Foundation, a fundraising event for charity.
As the Event Host, you'll welcome attendees, keep the event running smoothly, and help create an engaging and friendly atmosphere from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive approximately one hour before the event to receive a brief event overview and prepare opening remarks.
- Welcome attendees and introduce the event before handing the microphone back to the event team.
- Socialize with attendees throughout the event to help create a welcoming environment. Near the end of the event, gather attendees' attention, invite Johanna to share closing remarks, and announce the total amount raised.
- Remain until the event concludes to assist with any final announcements and cleanup if needed.

- Signed volunteer hours (approximately 3-5 hours)
- Group photo with the volunteer team
