Event Host Volunteer

Join our team for Heading Towards Hope: Portrait Headshots in Support of SickKids Foundation, a fundraising event for charity.

As the Event Host, you'll welcome attendees, keep the event running smoothly, and help create an engaging and friendly atmosphere from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive approximately one hour before the event to receive a brief event overview and prepare opening remarks.
• Welcome attendees and introduce the event before handing the microphone back to the event team.
• Socialize with attendees throughout the event to help create a welcoming environment. Near the end of the event, gather attendees' attention, invite Johanna to share closing remarks, and announce the total amount raised.
• Remain until the event concludes to assist with any final announcements and cleanup if needed.

What You'll Receive:

• Two complimentary edited headshots
• Signed volunteer hours (approximately 3-5 hours)
• Group photo with the volunteer team
