About the Position 
The Laureate Association is seeking a mission-driven and strategic leader to serve as its Director 

of Development. This person will strengthen the Association’s capacity to support The Laureate 

Academy by driving fundraising, donor relations, and community engagement. The Director of 

Development will lead the Association’s upcoming capital campaign, cultivating relationships 

with donors, foundations, alumni, and partners to drive transformational giving. As the 

Association evolves toward a more unified model with the Academy, this leader will play a
