The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, preparing timely progress reports, and representing the organization with professionalism in the community.</p><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as <strong>Psychology, Child &amp; Youth Care, or Sociology</strong>) or equivalent education and at least two years of recent experience working with vulnerable populations. A <strong>valid unrestricted Class 5 Driver’s License</strong>, an <strong>insured vehicle</strong>, and <strong>First Aid certification</strong> are required. Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, or Punjabi is also essential to effectively serve families in the Family Enhancement Program.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Child, Family and Community Service Act, risk assessment practices, and family support principles. They will demonstrate excellent case management, organizational, and time management skills, along with well-developed interpersonal, counselling, and communication abilities. Outreach and home visiting experience is an asset.
