What you will do

  • Act as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, managing calendar, donor meeting logistics, follow-up, and correspondence.
  • Arrange all Board meetings, ensuring there is quorum for each meeting
  • Attend each board meeting, taking minutes and distributing to all directors in a timely fashion.
  • Support proposal development, stewardship activities, and donor impact reporting
  • Assist in preparing materials for presentations, board meetings, and grant submissions
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective follow-up
  • Maintain and update donor databases and records.
  • Organize and participate in fundraising events and activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for donors, volunteers, and visitors—ensuring a warm and professional reception experience
  • Process donations, issue tax receipts, and track gifts in Raiser’s Edge NXT CRM under the supervision of the operations lead.
  • Collaborates closely with team members to ensure a coordinated, donor centric approach and assist with donor relations activities.
  • Support the coordination of in-house campaigns and third party fundraisers such as Marketplace, Purdy’s Chocolates, Jeans Day, and Payroll Lottery.
  • Process donations, issue tax receipts, and track gifts in Raiser’s Edge NXT CRM under the supervision of the operations lead.
  • Collaborates closely with team members to ensure a coordinated, donor centric approach and assist with donor relations activities.
