Major Gifts Officer
Summary
Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation is entering an exciting new chapter under new leadership, and we are seeking our first-ever Major Gifts Officer (MGO) to launch and grow our major gifts program. This is a rare opportunity to design, implement, and lead a program from the ground up, leveraging a long history of philanthropy and a deeply engaged community of donors.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the MGO will work hand in hand with the Executive Director and Communications Coordinator to create compelling cases for support, craft donor journeys, and ensure every stage of the donor lifecycle is documented through Raiser’s Edge and a disciplined moves management system.
This role requires a strategic builder—someone who thrives on innovation, relationship management, and translating donor passion into transformational gifts. Experience in major gifts is essential, with exposure to estate and legacy giving and corporate philanthropy as strong assets. This position will expand in scope as success is achieved, offering both professional growth and meaningful impact in the community we serve.
About us
Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation fuels excellence in local healthcare by funding life-saving equipment, innovative programs, and patient-centered initiatives that government funding alone cannot cover. Through strategic fundraising and community partnerships, we strive to improve the quality of care and health outcomes for all residents.
