<h1>Gift Shop Sales Assistant - GRHVA</h1>We are looking for a friendly face to join our retail team on a volunteer basis! Our giftshop is staffed fully by volunteers looking to make community impact by helping raise funds for patient care. Our goal is provide a meaningful shopping experience for guests, patients, and staff. Shifts are 3.5 hours long, once a week, and training is provided.<h2>About the GRHVA</h2>The Grand River Hospital Volunteer Association (GRHVA) strives to provide an exceptional experience to the WHRN - Midtown Campus&nbsp;community through products, services, and financial contributions generated from our not-for-profit operations. Role: As an Ambassador of Make-A-Wish Canada, you will be interacting with the public, processing donations (via Square and iPads) and wrapping Christmas gifts for patrons at Sunridge Mall - all proceeds are donated to Make-A-Wish to help grant wishes across Southern Alberta! Where and When: Sunridge Mall (2525 36 St NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 5T4) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 3:00pm-7:00pm Thursdays: 4:00pm-8:00pm Fridays: 12:00pm-8:00pm Saturdays: 12:00pm-8:00pm Sundays: 11:00am-7:00pm (hours may slightly vary, see schedule below for exact times) DRESS CODE: - Black pants - Make-A-Wish t-shirt or holiday/festive sweater Notes: Volunteers 14-17 years of age are welcome to participate, but must be accompanied by an adult. Location: CrossIron Mills (261055 CrossIron Blvd, Rocky View) Monday to Friday: 1:00pm-8:00pm Saturday: 1:00pm-9:00pm Sunday: 1:00pm-6:00pm DRESS CODE: - Black pants - Make-A-Wish t-shirt or holiday/festive sweater Notes: Volunteers 14-17 years of age are welcome to participate, but must be accompanied by an adult.
