Job description

LandSeed is seeking a CRM Implementation Specialist (Volunteer) to help us design and set up a Monday.com CRM workspace that integrates lead intake, marketing funnels, and project tracking. This role is critical to ensuring our team can manage initiatives efficiently and scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Monday.com boards, groups, and automations for:

- Lead intake and routing from websites

- Sales pipelines for multiple initiatives (Tay Ridge, Dementia Village, Seniors Village, InPlace Living)

- Project tracking and handoff workflows

  • Develop custom forms for website lead capture and connect them to Monday.com boards.
  • Set up basic automations for lead assignment, status updates, and reminders.
  • Document the CRM structure and create a quick-start guide for team onboarding.
  • Provide training support for staff and volunteers on CRM best practices.
  • Advise on integration options (Buildertrend for construction, Salesforce for real estate partners).
  • Ensure the setup is cost-effective and scalable for nonprofit operations.

Required skills and qualifications

  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to configure boards, columns, automations, and integrations within Monday.com.
  • Workflow Design: Understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and project tracking.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with API-based integrations or third-party connectors (Zapier, Make).
  • Training Ability: Comfortable creating simple guides and conducting onboarding sessions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to design solutions within budget constraints and adapt to nonprofit needs.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience setting up CRMs for real estate, construction, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of Buildertrend or similar construction management tools.
  • Familiarity with lead funnels and marketing automation.
