Telephone Aid Line Kingston (TALK) is a crisis, distress, befriending, and information phone line serving all members of the Kingston community. The AI Sales and Engagement Coordinator role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and 

experiment with AI tools, automation, and content strategy to support Tamarack’s long-term

a. Assist in building AI-generated lead lists, outreach messages, and sales content to 

promote Tamarack’s consulting, training, and events to new audiences.

c. Set up basic automations for lead follow-ups and newsletter personalization.

c. Offer suggestions for asset creation for campaigns using AI

a. Monitor AI, podcast, and digital media trends to help us stay ahead in our 

communications strategy. 

b. Suggest creative, low-cost ways to reach new audiences based on emerging 

platforms and tools. 

 • Cross-Departmental Collaboration 

a. Support the Development team with early-stage ideas for donor outreach, 

fundraising campaigns, and partner engagement tools using AI. 

b. Support data entry and reporting for new marketing and sales initiatives.

a. Support operational needs and help to lead the implementation of AI into the 

general operations of the organization, including software integration and 

enhancements.

Supervision and Reporting 

The AI Sales &amp; Engagement Coordinator, DSEL reports to the Associate Director, DSEL and the

the overall achievement of Tamarack’s strategic goals and deliverables of the Tamarack team. 


Work Environment 

This is a full-time 40-hour per week 1-year contract position. As with most positions at 

Tamarack, you may reside in any location in Canada. Tamarack is a remote work environment, 

and your designated office space may be in your home. In some cases, Tamarack will rent team 

members office space near their preferred location in Canada, preferably co-located with 

another nonprofit organization.

For full-time positions Tamarack asks team members to devote their full time and attention to

Salary &amp; Benefits 

Tamarack provides a competitive salary and benefits, annual professional development fund,

statutory holidays on days that hold meaning to you. We close our offices the last week of 

December. Tamarack operates within a progressive management philosophy. This is a full-time 

40-hour per week 1-year contract position, and the starting salary range is between $60,000 and 

$65,000 a year. The successful candidate will be offered a salary that is commensurate with 

experience.
