Volunteers help deliver hands-on STEM activities, engage campers, and contribute to a safe, fun, and inclusive camp environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, want to give back to their community, or are building experience in education, childcare, or youth programming.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Camper Engagement</h3>Assist counsellors during STEM activities and help campers follow instructions.Provide one-on-one support (reading instructions, cutting materials, clarifying steps).Encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and resilience with a positive attitude.Help foster friendships and support camper social interactions.<h3>Daily Camp Support</h3>Participate in games, group activities, and transitions — active engagement is expected.Supervise campers during lunch and ensure nut-free safety guidelines.Support clean-up, organization of personal belongings, and general activity set-up.Ensure all campers are always supervised and safe.<h3>Behaviour &amp; Emotional Support</h3>Identify behaviour concerns early and assist counsellors in redirecting focus.Help campers work through challenges by asking guiding questions (“What happened?
