Youth Mentorship- Mentors

Tropicana Community Services is seeking caring and committed volunteer mentors to support youth through our Youth Mentorship Program (YMP). Mentors will build positive relationships with youth, provide guidance and encouragement, and support their personal, social, and educational development.

Mentors may participate in group mentoring, workshops, recreational activities, and other program events. We are especially interested in volunteers from Black and other racialized communities who understand or can relate to the lived experiences of the youth we serve.

Training and ongoing support will be provided.
