This leader will be inspirational, solution-oriented and collaborative. They will be effective at working with a variety of stakeholders, breaking down internal silos and evaluating program effectiveness.&nbsp;The Chief Programs Officer plays a critical role in shaping the organization's program strategy, ensuring effective implementation, and driving impactful data-informed outcomes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute the organization's program strategy, aligning it with the mission and overall strategic goals. </li><li>Provide leadership in identifying programs, defining program priorities, setting goals, and establishing measurable outcomes.</li><li>Lead the development, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives.</li><li>Oversee program planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation processes. </li><li>Recruit, build, lead and evaluate high-performing program teams. </li><li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. </li><li>Identify and implement tools and systems to gather data-informed insights that inform program evaluation, improvements and decision-making. </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.</li><li>Implement quality assurance measures to maintain program integrity. </li><li>Serve as a representative and advocate for the organization's programs.</li><li>Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the program teams.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, social sciences, or nonprofit management).</li><li>7-10 years’ experience in program management in a leadership role.</li><li>Satisfactory Police Record Check in alignment with ONFE’s Conditions of Employment Policy.</li><li>Driver’s license, and access to a reliable motor vehicle with insurance coverage that has no policy restrictions for work related driving.</li><li>Fluency in English and French (oral and written).&nbsp;French and English language proficiency is Level C-Advanced (Reading, Writing, and Oral Interaction), equivalent to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/services/staffing/qualification-standards/relation-official-languages.html#second" target="_blank">Federal Government Second Official Languages Qualifications.</a></li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills/Experience<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to manage strategic change and drive organizational performance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
