Conseiller et appuyer la clientèle en recherche d’emploi 

â Identifier, avec les clientes, les besoins liés à leur recherche d’emploi. 
â Développer un bilan professionnel, une évaluation du contexte de recherche d’emploi de chaque cliente 

incluant l’environnement de carrière souhaité. 

â Codévelopper et mettre en Åuvre un plan d'action pour chacune des clientes rencontrées. 
â Accompagner les clientes dans la recherche d’emploi. 
â Identifier les ressources et le soutien les plus appropriés, pour chacune des clientes, lors de situations 

délicates et/ou de crise. 

â Aiguiller et référer les clientèles ne répondant pas aux paramètres du programme.

â Demeurer à l’affût et partager les ressources documentaires pertinentes favorisant le travail des autres 
conseillers du projet CarriElles. 


Gérer la partie administrative 

â Inscrire les clients dans les bases de données spécifiques et faire remplir les formulaires selon les modalités 
opérationnelles du programme. 

â Rédiger des notes évolutives dans chaque dossier des clientes suivies. 
â Compiler mensuellement et remettre au personnel approprié tous les rapports, les suivis, les interventions, 

les statistiques et les résultats des interventions de chaque cliente selon les modalités du programme. 

EXIGENCES ACADÉMIQUES, EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE 

â Diplôme d’études universitaires en gestion des ressources humaines, psychologie du travail ou 
administration des affaires. 

â Un an d’expérience dans un poste similaire.

The Organizational Development and Strategy (ODS) Unit plays a crucial role in supporting the General Council Office by developing, executing, and communicating its vision and strategic priorities. This unit helps shape the public face of the United Church, enhancing the denomination’s principled presence in the public square and strengthening its invitation to church across the country and its ministries.The unit coordinates research, planning, and evaluation, and assists in nourishing congregations, supporting Regional Councils, advancing national programs, and contributing to the effective administration of the church. It encompasses the GCO's planning function (both strategic and operational), reporting, and evaluation. Furthermore, the unit includes a communications department staffed by subject matter experts who ensure alignment in key messaging, a Growth department dedicated to the church’s overarching priority of growth, and Ministries in French. The Growth department works with the regions to cultivate innovation, strengthen existing congregations toward transformation, and seed and grow new Communities of Faith.Position PurposeThe Information and Statistics Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the data-informed commitment of The United Church of Canada, contributing to a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and partnership within and across General Council Office units, Regions, Communities of Faith, and Ecumenical partnerships. They lead, and are responsible, for the strategic and practical work involved in financial information planning, gathering, processing, producing, and disseminating the church’s annual Community of Faith (pastoral charge) statistics. The information gathered informs decision making and undergirds the entire financial model of the General Council Office Denominational/Regional Council assessment process. This includes creating and interpreting statistical, personnel, and financial data for more than 1,900 pastoral charges, 2,400 congregations, and 100,000 identifiable individuals in the database. During peak periods, they actively communicate with churches, check statistical data accuracy, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems that require advanced accounting, diplomacy, and educational skills.They lead and liaise with the IT, Finance, and Communication units to implement the annual denominational assessment rate update, including calculations and communications, as directed.<h2>Primary Areas of Responsibility</h2><ol><li>Data Management and Maintenance (40%): Coordinate the collection, validation, and dissemination of statistical and congregational data through digital and paper-based systems. Develop and maintain data gathering tools and make sure of integration across key platforms. Provide strategic input on data accuracy, reporting processes and IT improvements. Produce customized statistical reports and support data-driven decision making. Respond to Inquiries and advise congregational treasurers on data ad financial practices.</li><li>Assessment Management and Deployment (30%): Lead the development of assessment models and scenarios to support financial decision making. Guide pastoral charges through assessment changes related to structural transitions (e.g. closures, amalgamations). Join the fun and impact lives with the&nbsp;Start2Finish Running &amp; Reading Club—a unique after-school program that promotes&nbsp;literacy, healthy active living, and play for children aged&nbsp;6–13 (Grades 1–6).Works with: - Volunteer and Community Engagement Manager (Direct report and supervisor) - Community Ambassador (Direct report and supervisor; where applicable) - Program Support Administrator (Support) Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Program Planning and Implementation: - Curriculum Integrity: Support the volunteer team in implementing the Start2Finish curriculum that aligns with the goals of the program, including fitness routines and literacy activities to program integrity. - Working with the volunteer team manage the program’s snack budget and program equipment/supplies ensuring efficient use of resources and funds. 2. Leadership and Supervision: - Supervise Volunteers: Supervise volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed. - Assign Roles: Assign specific roles and responsibilities to volunteers to ensure effective program delivery. - Build Relationships: Develop positive relationships with students to create a supportive and motivating environment. 3. Program Monitoring and Evaluation: - Monitor Attendance: Keep accurate records of student attendance and participation. - Assess Outcomes: Work with the volunteer team to regularly assess the effectiveness of the program through evaluations and feedback from students and other volunteers through tools provided by headoffice. - Implement Changes: Make necessary adjustments to the program based on feedback and evaluation results. 4. Communication and Coordination: - Liaise with Staff: Coordinate with head office staff and other program leaders/community ambassadors to align activities and share information. - Update Volunteers: Keep volunteers informed about schedules, changes, and important updates. 5. Safety and Compliance: - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during activities. - Adhere to Protocols: Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to provide a safe environment for students. - Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of incidents, attendance, and other important information. Requirements: • Volunteer application • Police check for the vulnerable sector • Code of Conduct • Child Protection Policy Training Program Locations available:Belvedere School, 13359 62 St. NW, Edmonton, AB &nbsp;T5A 0V5Delton School, 12126 – 89th St., Edmonton &nbsp;AB T5B 3W4 Qualifications - Previous Experience Working with Children - Strong Leadership Abilities: Capable of leading and motivating a team of volunteers and engaging with students effectively. - Team Management: Proven ability to supervise and support volunteers. - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, volunteers, and school staff. - Organizational skills: To manage schedules, resources, and program logistics. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the program. - Empathy and Patience - Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs within the program.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise. - Commitment: Dedication to the Program’s Goals: A commitment to the mission and vision of the Running &amp; Reading Club. - Dependability: Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance.
