The Team Lead will serve as the primary coordination point with Right to Live Canada leadership.ROLE STRUCTURE &amp; GOVERNANCEMultiple volunteers will be recruited concurrently into this team.The team will organize its own internal workflow and assign functional responsibilities (e.g., outreach, content, coordination).The team will select a Team Lead by internal agreement.The Team Lead will coordinate directly with Right to Live Canada leadership and consolidate reporting.RTL leadership will provide strategic direction, but day-to-day execution is delegated to the team.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (TEAM-LEVEL)Faith Community EngagementIdentify and engage Christian churches, denominations, charities, and faith-based organizations across Canada.Conduct outreach via Email, Phone, and Scheduled virtual meetings (Google Meet).Communicate clearly regarding economic euthanasia and the Right to Live Canada Social Brokerage model.Awareness &amp; Fundraising Campaign DevelopmentDesign and execute coordinated initiatives oriented toward Canadian Christian communities.Develop messaging that is theologically respectful and values-aligned.Accurately represent Right to Live Canada as a non-religious organization.Pursue organic dissemination through church networks, newsletters, and social channels.Communication &amp; OperationsUse Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Slack for internal coordination.Maintain clear records of outreach activity and campaign results.Operate effectively in a fully remote, nationally distributed team environment.COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONSThis is a full-time volunteer engagement operating in a startup context.
