POSITION OVERVIEW: Arthritis Research Canada is currently looking for a permanent, full-time Fund Development Director. Working closely with both the Executive Director and the Scientific Director, the Fund Development Director is a key member of the management team, with responsibility for leading all fund development initiatives and activities within the organization’s strategic priorities. to change as part of the HRLSC’s Recovery Plan process. The HRLSC provides a competitive total compensation package. Salary 
range for these positions is $81,060 – $98,975.65. The usual hours of work are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In this volunteer leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our fundraising strategy, securing financial resources, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.
