We are currently hiring a master's level clinician to join our team as an Addiction Therapist, providing individual therapy to clients aged 13-21 participating in the live-in treatment program and also supporting family members who are integral to the client’s recovery process. JOB PURPOSE 
As a key member of the Student Wellbeing team, the Social Worker will work with students and 
their families within our Middle School division, with the objective of optimizing their overall 
wellbeing at school. Reporting to the Associate Head, Wellbeing, the Social Worker will have a 
comprehensive understanding of the psychosocial needs of young children, and will support 
students and families in addressing the social, behavioural, and emotional factors which impact a

This role follows a 10âmonth work schedule aligned with the academic year, working from 
late August to late June each year and is off during the summer. 
 
Given the dynamic and collaborative nature of our school environment, this role is an on-campus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

counselling and recovery support embedded within a low-barrier supportive housing environment. It offers safe,

individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. Clients are supported through a combination of on-site services and 
community referrals that are tailored to their unique needs, ensuring a holistic and responsive approach to care. 
 
The HART HUB serves a diverse population, who may be actively using substances or living with complex mental 
health challenges. Staff are expected to bring a deep respect for and experience working with individuals from 
racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds, many of whom face intersecting barriers such as trauma, poverty, and 
social isolation. 
 
HART HUB staff work within a compassionate care framework to engage clients, develop individualized recovery 
plans, and support clients in achieving both short- and long-term goals related to substance use, wellness, and 
housing stability.

and organizational standards.
