This Program offers an immediate, free counselling session to adults, couples, families, and youth on a walk-in basis, serving clients at their chosen time of need.&nbsp; The counselling service addresses a multitude of emotional/behavioural/social concerns, many serious and acute, with no restrictions based on age or catchment area.The Youth Outreach Team is a collaborative project between Michael Garron Hospital and WoodGreen Community Services, funded by the Slaight Family Foundation. This team provides outreach services to aid and uplift youth from the ages of 16-29 with complex mental health and/or substance use concerns in East Toronto. Responsible for identification of financial issues and opportunities.Asset Management – Responsible for the management and condition of the building &amp; fixtures across all 3 Luso Support Centre locations to ensure quality and safety.Liaison with community, including families, politicians and other agencies, remain current with developments in programs at other agencies.
