Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong VIDEO EDITING skills who is passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, awareness posts, and events
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop cohesive visual content
  • Work closely with the administrative team to align messaging and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and help grow our audience
  • Assist in developing social media strategies and content calendars

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and branding
  • Ability to collaborate in a remote team environment
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Interest in mental health advocacy is a strong asset
