
Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of PBLA’s Court-Based Programs in Calgary: Civil Claims Duty Counsel (CCDC), the King’s Bench Court Assistance Program (KB-CAP), and the ACJ Trial Project. Working on-site at the Calgary Courts Centre, the Program Coordinator ensures programs operate smoothly by coordinating volunteer lawyers and support volunteers, assisting clients, and reporting program activities.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you would be the central point of contact for volunteers and prospective clients, ensuring each program is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with a strong commitment to access to justice. The Program Coordinator oversees program logistics, supports volunteer engagement, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure clients receive timely legal assistance in a welcoming and organized environment.
