This program offers case management, social programming, and hoarding and pest supports within an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and mental health recovery frameworks. The clients live in four WoodGreen owned small-scale apartment buildings, as well as 36 privately owned units throughout the City of Toronto.
