Our Gathering Clinic is a first-of-its-kind nonprofit aiming to deliver holistic health care for women residing within the Southern Gulf Islands and primarily on Salt Spring Island. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide care for perimenopausal and menopausal women which will include but not be limited to diagnosing, prescribing and requesting and interpreting labs/testing. Care will be delivered within a collaborative environment where the nurse practitioner works together with allied health professionals to promote a holistic care model. These therapies are community and grant funded and delivered through community based practitioners. The clinic's mission is to provide access to a variety of modalities as barrier free as possible in conjunction with Nurse Practitioner provided healthcare.
