Join us and lead with purpose and impact!Your toolkit includes:<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning, and/or other financial activities are required</li><li>5+ years’ experience supervising and managing teams</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field</li><li>Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or Certified Aboriginal Finance Manager (CAFM) preferred</li><li>Demonstrated responsibility working with federal and provincial governments and other funding agencies and their related statutes, regulations, and financial requirements (e.g., CRA, WCB, ISC, FNHA, CMHC, etc.)</li><li>Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel, etc.)</li><li>A valid driver’s license</li><li>Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check</li><li>An understanding of and willingness to learn about First Nations communities, their members, and lifestyle</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Hybrid work optional</li><li>35 hours per week</li><li>Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work</li></ul>We offer a unique opportunity to work and live in a beautiful, close-knit community.
