The following competencies are required:<ul><li>Post-secondary education in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance or Financial Management.</li><li>CPA designation (active or inactive).</li><li>A minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in management.</li><li>Demonstrated people management experience.</li><li>Demonstrated progressive experience in project management.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of other operations functions including, operational planning, human resources, IT, facilities.</li><li>Ability to organize and manage a diverse range of assignments and projects with high efficiency, attention to detail and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communications skills, both oral and written in English.</li><li>Excellent executive and/or governance management skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and to work as part of a team or independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) SharePoint.</li><li>Experience with ADP and QuickBooks.</li><li>Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge would be considered an asset.</li><li>French language proficiency would be an asset.</li><li>Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, with access to vehicle.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>The successful candidate is expected to work/live in Ottawa and/or the surrounding area. </li><li>Due to the nature of this role, the incumbent must be available to work onsite at 3 Iber Road. Parking is available at no cost. Due to the nature of the organization, it can be expected at times to travel to the office, ReStores, and our build site.</li></ul>The salary band for this role is between $108,000 and $130,000 per annum based on experience.
