The organization has a staff team of approximately 176, and an annual operating budget of $18.5 million.&nbsp;THE OPPORTUNITY&nbsp;York Hills is looking to recruit a new Director of Intensive Services (Director) to lead intensive mental health services within the agency’s residential, day treatment, and community programs, fostering a culture of client-centred care across the continuum of service delivery. The Director provides professional guidance on removing client service barriers and leads a team of committed staff via seven clinical managers.&nbsp;Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director partners with the leadership team in the strategic planning, system design, implementation and sustainability of integrated clinical programs to achieve York Hills’ service initiatives.
