Stewardship &amp; Recognition&nbsp;<ol><li>Develop and implement mutually beneficial partnership activation and recognition opportunities, in collaboration with the Donor Experience and Marketing &amp; Communications teams. </li><li>Develop customized stewardship plans for corporate partners, recognizing their contributions through personalized outreach, reports, and impact updates. </li><li>Facilitate meaningful engagement opportunities including site visits, speaking opportunities, and other events to strengthen partner relationships. </li><li>Track and monitor partner recognition commitments, ensuring contractual obligations are met. &nbsp;</li></ol>3. About the RoleThe Waterfront Regeneration Trust is small, hard-working, highly collaborative charity that leads work to complete, expand, enhance and promote the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail. The Trail is a foundational part of the Trust’s mandate to regenerate waterfronts. Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025, it connects 177 communities over 3600 km. Our key promotional and engagement program is an annual multi-day cycling event called the Great Waterfront Trail Adventure (GWTA). The highly-rated event showcases a different section of the Trail every year in collaboration with our community partners. About Smilezone Foundation:&nbsp;The Smilezone Foundation is a registered Canadian children’s charity based in Oakville, ON. Founded in 2012, our mission is simple: to make tough days a little brighter for children and families receiving medical care across Canada.Over a single weekend, our team transforms waiting rooms, treatment rooms, play rooms, and other care spaces at healthcare centres into colourful, engaging “Smilezones” designed to comfort and uplift children undergoing medical treatment. To date, we’ve completed over 500 Smilezones in more than 100 hospitals and children’s health centres across every province in Canada.Position Summary:&nbsp;Reporting to the Executive Director, the Special Events &amp; Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting Smilezone Foundation’s key fundraising and community events. This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic, and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing events come to life from concept to completion. This is a full-time in-office position, based out of our Oakville location. About STEM For The Future STEM For The Future is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to making STEM education accessible for every child. We run free robotics and coding classes, donate STEM kits, partner with schools and shelters, and bring inclusive STEM programming directly into communities.Growing in Calgary and Edmonton, we are looking for reliable and organized leaders to help run local events.Role OverviewThe Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering STEM For The Future events in either Calgary or Edmonton.
