A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. </li><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in youth services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. </li><li>Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including coordinating diverse roles such as youth workers, outreach staff, cultural facilitators, and clinical supports. </li><li>Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, worldviews, and healing practices from Turtle Island, with experience integrating cultural knowledge into service delivery. </li><li>Proven ability to foster team development through relational leadership, circle processes, and trauma-informed approaches. </li><li>Experience in program coordination, site supervision, and managing physical spaces to support safe and effective service delivery. </li><li>Skilled in conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and supporting staff through complex situations. </li><li>Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and external community partners. </li><li>Strong organizational skills, including budgeting, reporting, and data-informed decision-making. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Capabilities:<ul><li>Demonstrated understanding and commitment to integrating the Native Child and Family Services of Toronto mission, values, and culturally grounded practices into service delivery and relationships.</li><li>Strong leadership skills to provide direction, guidance, and support to staff carrying caseloads in a multi-disciplinary environment.</li><li>Proven ability to resolve conflicts, elicit cooperation, negotiate effectively, and foster collaboration across teams and with external partners.</li><li>Excellent consultative and presentation skills to liaise with community resources, stakeholders, and service providers.</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices and employee responsibilities under current legislation.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in program development and implementation.</li><li>Proficiency in data management and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff, demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.</li></ul>*Please note that the successful candidate is required to complete a background check.&nbsp;Work Environment:<ul><li>Standard office environment; minimal physical demands.</li><li>This role requires In-Person attendance 5 days a week.</li></ul>
