Volunteer with women in Moshi, Tanzania

Give a Heart To Africa (GHTA) is a non-profit organization registered with the governments of Canada and Tanzania. Its mission is to empower adult women via education and entrepreneurship.

Each year, we accept 50 women into our program and provide them with free one year course in English, business and vocational skills. All subjects are taught by international volunteers and our team, all of whom are former GHTA graduates.

We have detailed lesson plans available and thus no prior teaching experience in the subject is required. We look for volunteers who are kind, open minded, willing to learn and work well with others.

Minimum stay is 3 weeks.
