Join a dynamic and diverse group of people who are making an important contribution to&nbsp;helping individuals live while living with cancer. &nbsp;We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to lend a helping hand with various tasks, including&nbsp;customer service, light cleaning, warm greetings, and more.&nbsp;Charitable Gaming:&nbsp;We have been approved as a charity to benefit from the Charitable Gaming at Rama Gaming House at 991 Kennedy Road in Scarborough.&nbsp;Training:&nbsp;Training will be provided and is mandatory to be completed for the role.&nbsp;Position Description:<ul><li>Provide great customer service, welcoming customers at the main entrance and thanking them for supporting Gilda's Toronto.</li><li>Assisting patrons and providing information about Gilda’s Toronto to promote our organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Share information on games, programs, and promotions, and answer questions.</li><li>Help with light clean-up and assist with bingo winner call-backs (training provided).</li><li>No money handling is required.</li><li>Age Requirement: the minimum age is 19.</li><li>Name tag and uniform shirt will be provided.</li><li>Volunteer commitment is about 1-2 shifts per month. The duration of a shift is 2.5 hours. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available.&nbsp;Minimum 6-month commitment.</li></ul>About Gilda's Club Greater Toronto:&nbsp;Cancer is complex. Rama Gaming House will raise funds for us, Gilda's Toronto, a cancer support community.
