
Volunteer Research & Engineering Associate: Process Design (Remote)
- This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity and as an Associate you are required to contribute a minimum of 5 hours per week.
- Associates must be willing to attend meetings in EST Timezone and be responsive to emails within 36 hours.
- STW™ will provide a "letter of recommendation" to interns, students & professionals who are able to showcase outstanding performance for school/university credit and for professional references.

The Role:
This role will report to the Project Leader: Process Design and will assist in analyzing the operation of the Electroflocculation equipment (E-FLOC). The Associate role is a remote/virtual opportunity.
What you will be responsible for….
- Assist the Project Leader in the research and statistical analysis.
- Help in the documentation of the various processes.
- Researching on topics related to water & wastewater treatment process.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings as per schedule.

- Knowledge or Experience in water and wastewater treatment design.
- Good understanding of water/wastewater treatment process including biological treatment.
- A graduate in Biological or Chemical or Environmental Engineer with a zeal to learn.
- Effective oral communication skills and a clear, courteous and professional manner.
- Good writing and editing skills
- Focused attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
