What you will do

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property.
• Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.

What we are looking for

• Required Skills: Experience in superintendent duties, excellent communication skills, ability to handle emergencies. Able to communicate well with Seniors.
• Optional Skills: Basic knowledge of an apartment building and its tenants as well as Management.
