SCOPE:The Executive Director (ED) of the Matthews House Hospice Foundation (MHHF) provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure strong and sustainable philanthropic support for Matthews House Hospice. The ED is responsible for fundraising, donor relations, community engagement, financial stewardship, and the overall management of the Foundation. Focus on Nature is a registered charity operating in South Ontario that inspires young people to explore and connect with nature through photography. We conduct workshops in schools and day camps in the summer and during March Break. We envision a world where our connections to nature create a healthy, flourishing planet. Focus on Nature is always looking for new committee members to complement the strengths of our small but mighty board. We are a working board that currently meets monthly (with a break in the summer),&nbsp;with a break in July and August. Committees typically meet monthly but this varies depending on the task at hand. The commitment would typically be about 5 hours per month. True Patriot Love is the largest funder of Team Canada, for both Invictus Games and the Warrior Games, as well as other community programs across Canada.The Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 were held from February 8-16, 2025, and brought together 534 competitors from 23 nations to compete in adaptive sports, including the new winter sports: Alpine Skiing, Nordic Skiing, Snowboarding, Biathlon, Skeleton, and Wheelchair Curling, in addition to the core Invictus Games sports of indoor rowing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair rugby and wheelchair basketball.&nbsp;The Games were held on the traditional territories of the Lil̓wat7úl (Lil’wat), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
