Join our team as a Weekend Networking Session Volunteer and help create a welcoming space where youth can connect, learn about volunteer opportunities, and support the Back-to-School Drive.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome participants and support an icebreaker activity
• Help present current volunteer opportunities and answer questions
• Assist with setting up box-making materials and refreshments
• Support participants as they assemble donation boxes
• Help explain the door-to-door outreach script
• Assist with box drop-offs in the surrounding area, if needed
• Support cleanup and general event operations

What You Will Gain:

• Age between 12–30
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to guide discussions and encourage participation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail in preparing slides and handouts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to adapt communication style to different learning needs
• Commitment to completing basic training
• Fluency in English
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if over 18)
