COMPETENCIES:<ul><li>University degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Sciences Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education and experience;</li><li>Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing information technology, systems and operations and at least two (2) years in a management/supervisory role;</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to global justice, women’s rights, gender equality and social change;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;</li><li>Self-motivated, directed, flexible, and adaptable;</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with vendors and service providers;</li><li>Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivating employees;</li><li>Sound interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a focus on user experience;
