Works with:<ul><li>Program Manager (Direct report and supervisor)</li><li>Volunteer and Community Engagement Manager (Support)</li></ul>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:1. Program Planning and Implementation:<ul><li>Curriculum Integrity: Support the volunteer team in implementing the Start2Finish curriculum that aligns with the goals of the program, including fitness routines and literacy activities to program integrity.</li></ul>2. Leadership and Supervision:<ul><li>Supervise Volunteers: Supervise volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.</li><li>Assign Roles: Assign specific roles and responsibilities to volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.</li></ul>3. Program Monitoring and Evaluation:<ul><li>Monitor Attendance: Keep accurate records of student attendance and participation.</li><li>Implement Changes: Make necessary adjustments to the program based on feedback and evaluation results.</li></ul>4. Communication and Coordination:<ul><li>Liaise with Staff: Coordinate with head office staff and other program leaders/community ambassadors to align activities and share information.</li><li>Update Volunteers: Keep volunteers informed about schedules, changes, and important updated.</li></ul>5.
