This is a new, permanent leadership role focused on&nbsp;business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth, while ensuring excellent service delivery and client retention.You’ll play a central role in scaling Fundspring as a product, expanding our base of retainer fundraising clients, and leading the team that delivers outstanding results for nonprofits across Canada.You’ll also provide interim leadership for our Fundraising Operations team during a maternity leave—helping ensure continuity and excellence across the department—while continuing to grow the business long-term.<h4>What You’ll Do</h4><ul><li>Drive Growth and Sales – Lead business development efforts for both Fundspring and retainer fundraising services; build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, pursue new opportunities, and meet annual revenue targets.</li><li>Develop and Launch Fundspring – Shape the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for our new Fundraising-as-a-Service product; refine and evolve the model as it grows.</li><li>Expand Client Relationships – Build strong, trusted partnerships with nonprofits and charities, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and opportunities for expansion.</li><li>Lead and Support the Team – Manage a talented team of fundraising and marketing professionals, ensuring accountability and high performance.</li><li>Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee systems, tools, and processes that support scalable, profitable, and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Collaborate on Strategy – Work closely with the senior leadership team on forecasting, performance metrics, and long-term growth plans.</li></ul><h4>Who You Are</h4><ul><li>A results-driven business leader with a track record of growing or managing a consulting, agency, or service-based organization.</li><li>Experienced in&nbsp;sales, business development, and revenue management—from pipeline building through to client onboarding and renewal.</li><li>Confident leading teams and scaling operations to support growth.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, strategic, and motivated by targets, impact, and innovation.</li><li>Bonus: Experience in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit consulting.&nbsp;</li></ul>You’ll be joining a purpose-driven organization with big ambitions for growth and impact.
