This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who is ready to take on an intermediate role in the communication and promotion of member services for not-for-profit organizations. &nbsp;The Coordinator must be well-organized and resourceful and ready to work with a small team of professional association managers.&nbsp;Core responsibilities<ul><li>Creation of various promotional materials for association campaigns, including writing and adapting copy to different platforms, supported by the client lead.&nbsp;</li><li>Development and release of ongoing promotion and social media campaigns for association events (tradeshows, conferences, social events etc.).</li><li>Preparation and circulation of regular association updates and quarterly newsletters.</li><li>Promotion of membership benefits, education programs and advocacy projects across a range of industries and professions.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintenance of client contact databases and assistance with web updates as needed.</li><li>Supporting webinars, virtual conferences and onsite events as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in relationship building.</li><li>Detail orientated with an understanding of the importance of accuracy in day-to-day delivery of member services.</li><li>Highly organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while working independently and as a team member.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft office, Zoom/Teams, email and phone when communicating with elected leaders, committees and members.</li><li>Must be familiar with platforms like Constant Contact, Mailchimp and social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with graphic design concepts including basis knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent.</li><li>Basic familiarity with WordPress, Wix platforms and html is an asset.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>This is an intermediate role and reports to the account managers; however, the day-to-day schedule will be largely self-managed after the initial training period.Working Conditions: &nbsp;&nbsp; A hybrid work environment is offered with a requirement&nbsp;for scheduled in-office workdays in North Mississauga preferred. &nbsp;This is a newly created position offered on a full-time contract basis with compensation commensurate with experience.
