Through our programs and initiatives, we support youth, students, and young professionals in building skills, confidence, and real-world experience.

Our audience includes youth, families, aspiring entrepreneurs, and community supporters. As we continue to grow, we are focused on strengthening our digital presence to better showcase our impact and connect with a wider audience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Content Producer (Social Media & Video) to lead the creation and execution of engaging, high-quality content across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role suited for someone who is experienced in content creation and comfortable taking ownership from concept to final output. You will play a key role in helping us revamp and elevate our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Capture content at: Weekly programming & Events and community initiatives
• Edit and produce polished, engaging videos aligned with current trends
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies

Take initiative in coordinating content shoots, including:

• Planning concepts
• Identifying participants
• Directing content execution
• Work collaboratively with the YBIB team to ensure content aligns with organizational goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (must be able to do both)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends
• Ability to conceptualize and execute content independently
• Organized and proactive in managing content production
• Passion for storytelling, youth engagement, and community impact

Ideal Candidates

Students or graduates in:

• Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Communications (with a focus on digital/social media)

OR experienced videographers/content creators looking to give back to a youth-focused organization

Must provide:

• Portfolio or media kit
• Examples of previous content work (social media or professional)
