include but are not limited to Employee Engagement opportunities, EDI presence at depots,

Conducts research on best practices and emerging trends in EDI and identify areas and

Collects data and feedback from CMBC teams and employees to support the development

Supports the program manager with preparation of reports and presentations on EDI

Qualifications 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
 
The competencies for the position would be acquired through completion of a 
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Social Justice, EDI or a related 
field, plus four (4) years of related experience in a human resource or EDI environment, giving 
preference to exposure in a unionized environment. 
 
 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
 
Solid working knowledge and understanding of EDI concepts, principles, theories and practices. 
 
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills in navigating difficult EDI-related

The salary for this position ranges from $82,400 - $123,600 per annum. Actual salary offered 
will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.
