🎶 Voices of Joy is a Community Choir made up of individuals with Autism, Intellectual, Physical, and/or Developmental Disabilities, as well as Neurotypical individuals. Our purpose is to Celebrate Inclusion, Ability &amp; the Joy of Singing 🎶We’re seeking volunteers to join our choir and support members that may need extra help during rehearsals and performances (this may look like helping to find the right page and follow the music, staying focused and following the community agreements, preparing for performances, etc.). Join&nbsp;CHATS as theHoarding Community Support Worker&nbsp;Full-time position 35 hours weeklyHybrid work environmentContract position to December 31, 2026Working in a community health setting as part of a team focusing on increasing education around hoarding to organizations and the public, as well as supporting services to individuals living with hoarding behaviors.In this role you will:<ul><li>Support community education sessions and group activities </li><li>Network with existing&nbsp;Tenancy Risk Reduction Services program community partners </li><li>Identify potential new partners and assist with developing new service partnerships&nbsp;</li><li> Work with clients one on one, and in support groups</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks&nbsp;</li></ul>Services are provided both virtually and in person.CHATS will provide: Personal protective equipment; training and support; paid mileageRequired Skills:<ul><li>Social Services Worker Diploma. </li><li>Experience working with clients living with mental health conditions</li><li>Knowledge of hoarding disorder and harm reduction approach</li><li>Experience in community health setting </li><li>Experience facilitating groups and assisting with development and recruitment </li><li>Experience with delivering presentations</li><li>Knowledge of the health care system</li><li>Knowledge of local community resources</li><li>Microsoft office experience</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively with a team.</li><li>First Aid certification required.</li><li>Vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license required.</li></ul>CHATS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERAccommodation will be provided to individuals with disability, upon requestPlease apply to <a href="https://www.chats.on.ca" target="_blank">https://www.chats.on.ca</a>
