Specifically, a leader who can navigate strategy, systems, finance, people management, fundraising and external relationships. This role is not purely operational or “hands-on”; it involves governance, planning, and scaling. </li><li>Extensive experience and knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations including major gifts, planned giving and annual campaigns.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build relationships with people in a variety of levels and types of organizations, including with key stakeholders and senior leaders. </li><li>A proven track record of growing revenue and scaling an organization’s continued development. </li><li>Excellent communication skills including the ability to be a strong storyteller that supports aligning outcomes for donor dollars.</li><li>A leader with executive presence who balances vision and execution.
