The ideal candidate is strong at capturing and editing video content, and will periodically travel to visit CLWRs programs to collect content and provide coaching to improve local staff capacity. Position Summary:&nbsp;The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of Shelldale Family Gateway ("SFG") to ensure the organization's successful performance and growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will establish and maintain SFG objectives and priorities, implement policies, processes and procedures, develop community partnerships and oversee supporting staff to ensure the organizational goals are met.
