About Changing Ways:&nbsp;Changing Ways challenges the roots of gender-based violence through prevention, education, collective action, and building hope. We provide interventions and support that disrupt violence and destructive thoughts and behaviours that cause harm in intimate relationships, with a strong focus on supporting survivors and victims as an embedded part of our programming within the communities of London-Middlesex, St. Thomas-Elgin, and Chatham-Kent.Position Overview:The&nbsp;High-Risk Intimate Partner Violence Case Manager&nbsp;will be embedded with in the communities of&nbsp;St. Thomas and Elgin County&nbsp;providing in-person, rapid, intensive, and holistic wrap around supports that address intersecting high-risk factors that lead to intimate partner violence/femicide. In partnership with police services, justice system, and other IPV community partners the case manager will be experienced in developing trusting and respectful relationships with at-risk IPV offenders utilizing a trauma-violence informed approach, assessing and safety planning for dynamic risk factors, and supporting connection &amp; Working closely with teams across the organization, this role ensures Dixon Hall’s impact is communicated clearly, consistently, and effectively across digital platforms. &nbsp; Duties and Responsibilities:Content Production, Planning &amp; Strategy &nbsp;<ul><li>Develop, produce, and manage high-quality digital content for web, email, social media, and campaigns  </li><li>Create and maintain an organization-wide content calendar aligned with program priorities, campaigns, events, and fundraising goals  </li><li>Demonstrated graphic design skills with the ability to create compelling visual marketing assets, with familiarity using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)  </li><li>Ensure all digital content reflects Dixon Hall’s brand, accessibility standards, and values  </li><li>Translate program and impact information into engaging, audience-friendly digital content &nbsp;</li></ul>Event Coverage &amp; Storytelling &nbsp;<ul><li>Lead digital coverage of Dixon Hall events, including live and post-event content (social media, photography/video coordination, blogs, and newsletters)  </li><li>Work with internal teams to plan digital storytelling before, during, and after events to maximize reach and engagement  </li><li>Capture and curate content that highlights community impact, partners, and funders &nbsp;</li></ul>Newsletter &amp; Email Marketing &nbsp;<ul><li>Plan, produce, and manage organizational newsletters and targeted email campaigns  </li><li>Oversee list management, segmentation, and scheduling to support engagement and fundraising objectives  </li><li>Monitor and optimize email performance based on analytics and audience insights &nbsp;</li></ul>Digital Strategy, Influencer Engagement &amp; Analytics &nbsp;<ul><li>Support the development and execution of Dixon Hall’s digital marketing strategy  </li><li>Contribute to building and managing an influencer and community ambassador strategy to expand reach and awareness  </li><li>Identify and cultivate relationships with aligned influencers, partners, and community voices  </li><li>Track and analyze performance across digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email platforms  </li><li>Prepare reports and insights to inform content and campaign optimization &nbsp;</li></ul>Website Management &nbsp;<ul><li>Manage day-to-day website updates, including content edits, landing pages, and campaign integrations  </li><li>Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the website remains current, accessible, and user-friendly  </li><li>Support SEO and content optimization best practices &nbsp;</li></ul>Fundraising &amp; Philanthropy Support&nbsp;<ul><li>Partner closely with the Department of Philanthropy to advance Dixon Hall’s fundraising priorities through integrated digital strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives </li><li>Create compelling fundraising content for web, email, social media, and paid/organic campaigns that clearly communicate impact and inspire giving </li><li>Use analytics and performance insights to inform fundraising content optimization, testing, and continuous improvement </li><li>Ensure all fundraising-related digital content aligns with Dixon Hall’s brand, values, accessibility standards, and donor-centred best practices&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>University degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or University degree in other technical field equivalent to practical experience. </li><li>Preference given to a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing in the not-for-profit sector </li><li>A professional portfolio of digital marketing work, including metrics on how your work&nbsp;impacted&nbsp;the organization done to date, including samples of social media posts, and content development across several platforms - LinkedIn; Facebook; Instagram, etc. </li><li>Highly experienced in digital marketing and website development/optimization. Expert computer skills, particularly evaluation and research software and tools (MS Office Suite applications); working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and/or other relevant tools </li><li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns </li><li>Extensive experience with Google Ads campaigns; LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Advertising </li><li>Highly experienced in&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;Google Workspace platform including Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides </li><li>Advanced graphic design skills; working knowledge of web design and development, including content management systems </li><li>Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills; social media scheduling software such as&nbsp;HootSuite </li><li>Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) </li><li>Demonstrated success developing and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;effective working relationships with community organizations and major stakeholders </li><li>Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills with a strong ability to exchange knowledge; fluency in&nbsp;additional&nbsp;languages will be considered an asset </li><li>Must be qualified to work in Canada legally for the employer. </li><li>Able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening check with a ‘Clear’ or satisfactory result that meets the operational requirements of the Agency. &nbsp;</li></ul>Physical and Sensory Demands:<ul><li>Combination of office environment and varied environments as established by the location where clients operate their businesses; office environment has been designed for accessibility  </li><li>Occasionally required to take public transit   </li><li>Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate  </li><li>Varying working environment dependent on the program location &nbsp;</li></ul>Dixon Hall&nbsp;may use Artificial Intelligence-assisted tools during the recruitment process to support efficiency and consistency.
