What you will do
- Facilitate conversational circles for ESL learners.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants.
- Develop engaging discussion topics and activities.
- Encourage participation and support learners in improving their conversational skills.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help learners progress.
What we are looking for
- Required: Fluent in English and interest in teaching ESL.
- Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Optional: Experience in facilitating group discussions.
- Optional: Certification in TESOL or equivalent.
