Summary:&nbsp;Provides clinical counselling and ongoing supervision of staff after assessing client’s social, psychological, emotional, and/or behavioural issues and by developing therapeutic programs and interventions.Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise clinical counsellors, providing regular case consultation, performance feedback, and professional development support to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards.</li><li>Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and consultation to interdisciplinary staff, students, and partners by supporting case discussions, recommending evidence-based interventions, and promoting effective, continuous care for youth and families.</li><li>Oversee daily operations of walk-in counselling and allied health services, managing caseloads, supervising interns, and ensuring culturally responsive, evidence-informed practice.</li><li>Collaborate with inter-professional teams and community partners to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for youth and families, ensuring services are coordinated and client centered.</li><li>Design and deliver clinical education and training for staff and service providers using evidence-based models and adult learning principles;
