This role requires travel to our main office and Scarborough community office.&nbsp;Service Delivery Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Complete all steps of the Enrollment, Screening and Matching process as per outlined by BBBSC’s National Standards and BBBST Policies and Procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, database entry of all applications, requesting supplementary reports for mentees, completing Reference checks for mentors, Pre-Match Training requirements, In-Person Assessments, Fitness to Mentor completion, Program allocation, Notification Letters and Matching&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Prepare detailed written volunteer and/or client assessments to document relevant background information and recommend suitability for a BBBST program &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure high-level proficiency in applying child safety and risk management knowledge, policies and procedures throughout all aspects of job function. Identify child safety issues for volunteers, children and their families &nbsp;</li><li>Conduct volunteer and client reassessments/updates where appropriate &nbsp;</li><li>Participate in monthly ‘Matching Meetings’ with Enrollment Team&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Present potential matches to Match Support team via monthly ‘Meet your Matches’ meetings. Through flexible&nbsp;volunteer service placements, girls, women and gender-diverse individuals aged 14 to 30 will build essential skills to influence STEM knowledge and policy.
