What You Will Do:<ul><li>Assists persons served in the development and implementation of a Behavioural Support Plan tailored to the needs of the person served and issues designed to improve quality of life and assist in the mitigation of responsive behaviours. They will have lived or learned experiences interacting with vulnerable individuals, a strong knowledge of the criminal justice system, familiarity with community-based and criminal justice’s services in the GTA and specialized knowledge of the challenges that overrepresented and marginalized populations, including Black, Indigenous and racialized individuals experience in the justice system.&nbsp;&nbsp; The incumbent will have excellent conflict resolution skills, case management and facilitation skills.
