You have strong case management skills and understand the importance of ensuring safe and healthy mentoring relationships between volunteer mentors and our Mentees (ages 7-17).&nbsp;&nbsp;Position Summary:&nbsp;The Mentoring Coordinator initiates, facilitates, supports, and monitors the mentoring relationship between a youth (the “Little” or “Mentee”) in need of academic support and an adult volunteer (the “Big Sister” or “Mentor” ).
